Freeraser is a very useful, free tool to delete files permanently. It is an alternative to the Windows waste bin. Freeraser is a transparent waste bin whose icon you can place anywhere on the desktop, and you can also change its size and transparency level. The program uses three algorithms to automatically delete the files you place in the bin. It includes animations to make the process more friendly.
It is recommeded that you are completely sure before deleting a file, as later there is no going back. On installation you can choose between the standard or the portable version.
